Westlife 'to perform at Coleen and Wayne's wedding'
Irish crooners Westlife are reportedly set to perform at the upcoming nuptials of Coleen McLoughlin and Wayne Rooney.
According to the Sun, the June 14th wedding date coincides with a break in the group's touring schedule and so Wayne has been able to sign them up as a treat for his bride-to-be.
The band, whose hits include the romantic tunes Flying Without Wings and Queen of My Heart, do not really fit in with footballer Wayne's tough-man image but a source told the news provider that he does not care.
"Some of Wayne's teammates gave him a bit of stick but he knows how much Coleen loves them," they added.
Meanwhile, in related news, bride-to-be Coleen has had to make an emergency trip to New York after she lost so much weight that her wedding dress no longer fits.
"Coleen is really stressing out as this really is every bride's nightmare," an insider told the Daily Mail.
Alterations to the Marchesa gown will be made by the label's top designers, adds the publication.
