Bespoke Gifts
When it comes to gifts for your bridal party, personalise.
It shows that you have taken time with the gift and makes a
great keepsake. You can do this in a number of ways.
Bespoke is one. Have a jeweller make rings to your
specification for your bridesmaids or cufflinks for the
groomsmen.

A way to say thank you
Your
favour is a means of saying thank you to your guests not a
competition of who gives the biggest and dearest. Colours
are important but no one is going to comment that the
ribbon is not quite the same colour as the bridesmaid
dresses!
Bomboniere are a keepsake for
your day so if you want your favours to go home with your
guests present something they will want to keep. Leave the
other table trivia for the table.
While it
is a nice statement to make your own Bomboniere some
designs are best tackled by the expert and remember unless
it is a very small wedding 50/100 favours is quite daunting
to produce all at the same at a high standard.

Favours
worth talking about
Whether
or not you're a fan of favours, an unusual choice of
gift for the table will create a talking point between
guests when seated. You can even combine the favour with
the napkin rings for an unusual twist.

A Greener Option
Making
your wedding green or even a little bit greener does not
mean it has to be less exciting. In fact lots of green
ideas are really cool and your guests will love them and
only realise later that they were also good for the planet.
For example giving trees as wedding favours is a really
original and cool idea and it also happens to be an
environmentally sound idea.

Gift List

Gifts you've always wanted
Treat your list as a wish list - think about updating any
existing homeware and include any gifts you've always
wanted.
Ensure you have enough gifts for your guests to choose
from. It's better to have too much on your Gift List
than too little.
Remember to include a wide selection of prices. Friends and
family may choose to club together to purchase a large
item.

Choosing your gift list service
Make a list of things you
like and use a wedding list company that offers you a wide
choice of gifts and covers all budgets.
If you are hoping to get some
more expensive items, make sure that your guests can
contribute towards them.
Make it as easy as possible
for your guests to buy you a gift - most guests prefer to
buy online these days, but make sure that gifts can also be
bought over the phone!
Remember, create a list
that's a reflection of your personality.

Choosing
gifts that last
When it
comes to choosing colours for Gift List make sure you
don't just go for the latest colour trend and instead
pick classic colours that will last a lifetime. Always
include the basics at a range of price points for different
guests - don't forget that your Gift List has the scope
to be a wish list too.
