With hundreds of suppliers ranging from bridal boutiques to florists, photographers, and cake designers, the show provides a one-stop-shop for all your wedding needs. Booking information - Please note that a £1.50 transaction fee is applicable per order.

DISSABILITY INFORMATION & CARER'S TICKETS

Visitors who are registered as disabled who purchase a ticket can also secure a carer ticket free of charge. 

As accessible positions at venues are usually limited, we need to ensure that tickets reach the people that need them.

To help us ensure that these tickets are made available to those with these genuine needs, we will ask for a copy of the following at checkout (jpg or png file max 4MB):
- Copy of DLA, PIP or Adult Disability Payment entitlement letter
- Evidence of registered severely sight impaired (blind)
- CredAbility Access Card (with +1 icon)
- Copy of Attendance Allowance letter
- Recognised Assistance Dog ID card
- A current and valid blue badge
- Any other relevant documentation *

GETTING THERE

The closest station is Custom House (for ExCeL) DLR and Elizabeth Line.

The Elizabeth Line is the quickest route to ExCeL London with Liverpool Street Station only 12 minutes away.

You can also travel to ExCeL by the Emirates Airline Cable Car which connects London ExCeL to the O2 and North Greenwich tube station, takes approximately 10 minutes, find out more here.

VENUE INFORMATION

Disabled Access

Wheelchairs and Mobility scooters can be hired free of charge and can be pre-booked in advance. They are subject to availability so please email [email protected] and they will confirm if there is one available for you to hire.

WIFI

At ExCeL they have free, fast Wi-Fi, which is suitable for browsing, social media, and email. There is free wi-fi venue, please sign in to ‘_ExCeL FREE Wi-Fi’ using their standard log in, or via LinkedIn, Facebook, or Twitter.

FOOD

There will be a selection of retail units, in the venue that serves a diverse range of tasty food and drinks. For more details please visit https://www.excel.london/visitor/food-drink for a list of restaurants in the venue.

WATER STATIONS

There are some water refill points on the Boulevard close to the entrance to the venue.

HOT DRINK DISCOUNT

If guests bring a reusable cup to the venue, they can enjoy discounts on some hot drinks at a few retail outlets. Please visit the food and drink page for more details https://www.excel.london/visitor/food-drink and use the filter option to see.

AFTER HOUR

After visiting ExCeL, guests can experience more of London by exploring a range of hand-picked restaurants and bars.

ACCESSIBILITY

ExCel has a step-free access at both entrances of their venue. If you’re travelling by public transport, there are lifts at Prince Regent DLR Station. LOST PROPERTY

If you think you’ve lost something at ExCeL London, please contact [email protected]. Please be aware that once notified that lost property has been found, guests have up to 30 days to collect their item(s) before they are donated to a local charity.

OTHER FACILITIES SPECIFIC TO THE EVENT

The multi – faith prayer room: ExCeL London has a prayer room that can be accessed through the grey door next to the S9 entrance on the boulevard. Family room: the family room can be found by the hall entrance S9.
