The prize is valid for travel until 14th of June 2026, with the exception of the following blackout dates: Peak Travel Season: 15th December to 15th. April) or Major U.K/U.S Holidays (Bank Holidays, Memorial Weekend, President's Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years).
Booking must be made no later than 60 days in advance.
Subject to availability at the time of booking.
The winner and their guest/s must be over 18 years of age.
The prize does not include travel insurance, visas, meals other than breakfast or any other costs of a personal nature not stated (including spending money) for the winner and their companion.
The prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated.
Winners must ensure that they have valid passports, visas and travel insurance at the time of travel.
No responsibility will be taken if the winners are unable to travel due to insufficient documentation.
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, cannot be exchanged or sold for cash, and cannot be changed.
A $30USD per person/day resort fee will apply.
Two (2) Roundtrip economy class tickets from any United Kingdom gateways on airlines serving the British Virgin Islands.
Award tickets valued maximum of £1,000 per Roundtrip ticket.
Award ticket is not to exceed £1,000. (Winner to pay the difference over-allocated amount).
Award ticket is valid for travel booked from Tuesday – Thursday, Saturday, and Sundays.
Travel must originate and terminate in the city of residence and are only good for destination British Virgin Islands to arrive on the designated award dates. Backtracking is not permitted.
Once tickets are issued, any voluntary changes to the itinerary will incur a fee at the winners' expense.
Award tickets exclude BVI Environmental Fee collected on arrival by Air and Sea.
Award tickets exclude cost for any checked luggage.
Winner and companion (if the certificate is valid for more than one person) must travel together on the same itinerary.
These tickets are not transferable, refundable, nor may be sold for cash or other consideration. The destination may not be changed, nor the time extended.
