Why does Otis Media need to collect and store personal data?

What forms of ID will I need to provide in order to access this?
Otis Media accepts the following forms of ID when information on your personal data is requested:
Passport, driving licence, birth certificate or utility bill (from last 3 months)
Otis Media / The National Wedding Show event photography and filming
Photographs and/or filming will be taken at this event to be used by Otis Media and/or Exhibitors for publicity purposes. By purchasing a ticket and entering the event you are consenting to possibly being photographed/filmed and for these images to be used in possible future material in accordance with the event. Please collect a sticker on entry if you do not wish to be photographed/filmed.
