My advice would be to ensure a good homecare regime, which includes cleansing twice a day, exfoliate regularly and the most important thing is to apply Factor 50 sun cream every day regardless of the weather. A real hero product has to be Retinol. From the age of 30-35, this should be a staple product. There are many benefits, including reducing redness, pores, pigmentation, and improving dull-looking skin as well as helping with conditions such as acne and rosacea. You need to invest in a good product, such as SkinCeuticals Retinol 0.3. It’s important to note Retinol can cause irritation and dryness so it’s really important to get experienced clinician to give you advice on the right retinol product for you.
